When We Are Closed

IF YOU HAVE A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY (SUSPECTED HEART ATTACK, STROKE, CHEST PAINS ETC) PLEASE CALL 999 FOR AN AMBULANCE

closed_signIf you call our usual phone number you will hear a message that will give instructions on which number you need to call.

The out of hours service can be contacted on 111. The out of hours centre (LINMEDS) is located next to Accident & Emergency at Lincoln County Hospital, Greetwell Road.  The Lincoln Walk In Centre is located on Monk Road, Lincoln and can be access 8am - 8pm.

NHS Direct

For 24 hour advice, NHS Direct is a national telephone advice service and can be contacted on 0845 4647 or on www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Closed times outside of usual provision

The surgery will be closed for staff training on the following Tuesday afternoons between 1.00pm and 6.30pm.

For URGENT MEDICAL attention, please contact 01522 516871.  In the event of Serious Medical EMERGENCY, call 999.  You can also visit the Walk In Centre, Monks Road, Lincoln.

The surgery will also be closed on  Monday the 1st of May and Monday the 30th of May, and will reopen as usual at 8.00am on the following Tuesday. Patients can access urgent medical assistance by dialling 111.
