GP and nurse Appointments
All consultations are by appointment only. We offer a range of appointment times and always endeavour to fit you in a a convenient time. If you are local and are available during the day we prefer to fit you in during the mornings. This allows us to offer those people who work or those with school age children to come in the afternoons. We offer a mix of "on the day" appointments and "pre-bookable" appointments. On the day appointments are normally reserved for those who have an urgent problem.
Please help us by cancelling appointments you no longer need or are unable to attend.
Double appointments can be booked for multiple problems.
At times, our receptionists may ask questions regarding the nature of your problem in order to assess who would be most appropriate to see you and meet your needs. We have a nurse practitioner who can deal with many problems such as Sore Throats, Eye Infections, Ear Infections, Skin Rashes / Infections, Coughs, Urine Infections, Chest infections & most gynae conditions. This list is not exhaustive - please check with reception if the nurse Practitioner can help.
All consultations are confidential but it helps if you could let the receptionist know if you are booking an appointment for a cervical smear, vaccination or other procedure. This allows us to ensure you are offered an appointment of appropriate length and are adequately prepared to meet your needs.
